How to list and manage your sponsorship packages on Sponsor Exchange.
Creating your profile
After signing up, you’ll be taken to your organisation dashboard. This is where you will manage your sponsorship opportunities and offers you receive from Sponsors.
Listing a sponsorship package
From your dashboard, click Create to create a listing. Each package includes:
- Opportunity Name — the tier name, e.g. “Gold Sponsor” or “Principal Partner”
- Opportunity Type — is the opportunity related to academic, sports, school, charity?
- Cost and Duration — the sponsorship amount and billing period (per year, month, week, or unit)
- What’s Included — select from the standard list of sponsorship benefits such as logo placement, social media mentions, event signage, and more
- Description — what the sponsor receives, formatted as rich text
Saving and publishing a package
Your package can be saved as you work on it. Once you are ready for sponsors to view your package, click ‘Publish’. You can unpublish your package at any time.
Managing your packages
Your dashboard lists all your active packages. You can edit or deactivate a package at any time. Deactivated packages are hidden from search results but can be reactivated later.
Receiving offers
When a sponsor expresses interest in one of your packages, you’ll receive a notification and can respond directly through the platform. To see details about the sponsor you need to sign up for a paid account.
